Is xbox 360 call of duty modern warfare 2 region free?

I’m lately having major “connection interrupted” issues on Call of Duty 4, often booting me out of the game. Did anyone have aa excellent solution for this problem? I have a Comcast Motorola Modem. Thanks.

The multiplayer (offline) works. but when i try to play the tale mode it works all the way up when the guy starts sayin ” the worlds in fantastic sh” and thats when it freezes up. when i try to cut the console off by the controller it wont do anything so i have to get up and turining the system off and starting it back up by the power button on the xbox 360. please help me.
